The desire to work with distressed homeowners stems from a personal experience; many years ago, I faced a foreclosure that was initiated by the HOA. I understand what it’s like to be financially strapped with limited options and a lack of information or support.
In 2016, I began my career in the real estate appraisal field by doing quality assurance appraisal reviews for the top lenders. In 2021, I chose to become a licensed appraiser and gained valuable experience working alongside a Certified Residential Appraiser and former Fannie Mae underwriter.
